Training method: Cordone Speronato (pruned-spur cordon-trained)

Winemaking: The grapes are carefully selected and harvested entirely by hand

Vinification: 1 year in stainless steel tanks and 2 years in French oak barrels

Alcohol content: 15%

Ageing potential: 10-12 years

Color: Ruby red

Olfactory notes: Intense, complex, with spicy vanilla hints

Tasting notes: Warm, structured, with an impressive presence of tannins
